Each player will go through our baseline Hit Trax eval, Rapsodo video analysis and Rebels Rack movement progression to build a starting point for each of our athletes.

• This allows us to set goals and it gives the athlete a clear understanding of where they are but ultimately showing them where they need to be moving forward.

• This process is a 60min long eval with the athlete.

• Hitting lessons are $100

• These are 60min time slots.
